Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Peak Season Delays: During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for dispatch.
Shipping Partners & Tracking

We ship using trusted and registered courier partners for deliveries across India.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your order.

Shipping Timelines

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days from dispatch.

Express Shipping (where available): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch. Extra charges may apply.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹2500.

For orders below ₹2500, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping: Charges depend on location and delivery speed selected.
Delivery Attempts & Returns

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If all 3 attempts fail, the order will be returned to us.

No refunds will be made for undelivered packages due to:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for orders up to ₹5000.

Orders above ₹5000 must be prepaid via card, wallet, UPI, or net banking.

A small COD service fee may apply and will be visible at checkout.
