Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

We want you to love what you bring home from Taran Living. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on all products, except bath linen.

Bath linen (bathrobes, bath towels, hand towels, and face towels) is not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

To initiate a return, email us at support@antarart.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange the return pickup; however, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer (unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our end).

Exchanges

Exchanges are available on all products.

Bath linen exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery only and limited to the following:

  • Size issues (for bathrobes)
  • Print/design change within the same category
    (e.g., bathrobe for bathrobe)

Bath linen cannot be returned unless defective.

For all other categories, exchanges follow the standard 7-day window.

  • Lower value exchange → balance issued as store credit
  • Higher value exchange → difference to be paid

Store Credit

Once approved, store credit is issued after a quality check.

  • Valid for 6 months
  • Non-transferable
  • Applicable on all future purchases
  • Shipping charges are excluded

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bath linen (unless defective)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale/discounted items

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged:

If confirmed:

  • We will arrange a replacement
  • If unavailable, a full refund will be issued

Additional Notes

  • Processing time: up to 5 working days after we receive the product
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
